Excellent reading!

The book is a great summary of Michael J. Sydor experience in deploying and operating APM technologies.
It takes you through the different options, configurations, processes (including known issues) of what it takes to make it right according to his experience.
It is a big book (lots of information) but I find you can skip to the parts you are interested in.

I didnt like the fact that diagrams aren't in color, sometimes it is impossible to discern because of all shades of grey looks the same.
Also I was hoping to see more defined processes or integrations with ITSM. Something like 'onboard process', etc. I was a bit dissapointed in the way the processes were described as they are key to ensuring value generation.

One of the best Nsurg texts I have ever seen!

This is one of the best nsurg textbooks I have seen, and I have looked at a number of basic nsurg texts. I am looking from a med student level with interest in pursuing nsurg as a specialty and it is a fantastic, well written, easy read that gives you all of the most current and critical information about neurosurgical conditions and cases. I think this text is great for beginning residents as well. Second only to Greenberg, but Greenberg (Handbook of Nsurg) is a different type of book with only clinical patient management essentials while this book will truly flesh out your prowess as a neurosurgical resident.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Well worth the money! One of my favorite books!

Another great tale, expertly spun

This series is an excellent example of quality YA writing that isn't sappy, predictable or inane. All of the character's have depth as their positive traits are nicely balanced by faults either real or perceived.

In this story the action was well paced, the character development continued at a believable pace as Mary struggles to adapt to having a boyfriend. She makes great strides as a person and with her power, while the reader is given numerous opportunities to see who she is beneath her anti-social persona.

All in all an excellent but easy read for those times when you want something slightly twisted but not to dark or deep.

Poor Mary can't seem to catch a break. what should've been an easy task has turned her life upside down yet again. faced with a mean old ghost who is not only mean dead but is blood thirsty to boot.
Mary thinks she will have to face this new ghost on her own but unexpected and a new found family members have entered too. Mary has to find not only herself and her gifts but how to control them and save the day. great read and is a real page turner!!!! a must have and a must read!!!!

I would encourage S.A Hunter into writing more books like this one this is a good book of a girl who has paranormal powers and could hear ghost and who has lots of difficulty interaction with other people her age and call her a freak. But that does not stop Mary on going on adventures with gran and her boyfriend Kyle and even thinking that a thirteen year old cousin she never knew about comes out of no were and says has the same ability as her and then some persons who make shows of them trying to prove to people that ghost do exist and capture Jake so a ghost could help Ursula communicate with her boyfriend who died in an accident a year and a half ago but she needs to cut Jake to let the ghost in to possese the boy because he promised her that he would help her find the ghost of her boyfriend but he only wants the body to hurt people and torture more people like when he had slaves before he died and he wants to kill more people to like Mary said he wants to paint the wall with there blood

Hard read, decent info.

I know this book has been reviewed thousands of times, and mine will likely go unseen, but I wanted to give my own account of what I found positive and negative about this book.

First, the book itself feels and looks great. It's small and lightweight, but it's still solid. It's highly recognizable, and if I saw it on a bookshelf or table, I'd want to check it out.

The writing came across as showy and snobbish. I am a graduate from a prestigious college and have been an avid, high-performance reader throughout my life. I am also an agnostic/atheist, so I've been looking forward to reading works by Sam Harris. I was hoping that this piece would offer wisdom and guidance in an approachable manner, but I was highly disappointed with the book in that context. Yes, there are wonderful pieces of information throughout the book, and I plan to apply them to my life. However, the whole time I felt insulted. I felt that the author treated his readers with slight contempt, as though they are completely and willfully ignorant. I was hoping to share this book with friends and family who have honesty issues, but I now know that I won't. It's not often that I finish a book and decide I don't want to keep it on my bookshelf, but this is one of the few.

I did love his discussion of white lies and how they aren't as innocent as we think. I explained it to my husband, and he found the information useful and interesting as well. I would have loved to let him borrow the book, but I honestly think that he would have found the language too superfluous and condescending as well.

All in all, the ideas behind the text are great. However, the author did a poor job of seeming relatable, and I wish his writing was a bit more conversational. If I could do it all over again, I would find a blog or article reiterating these ideas before buying the book.

Read it a while ago, finally bought it

Actually, I read this book a while ago when it was published in 2012. I got my hands on a .pdf (not sure but whatever) that was distributed for free by the author on reddit.
No book has come closer to blowing my mind than this short and down-to-earth essay on a relatively simple matter of ethics. It opened my eyes and incited me to change my behaviour in many situations. I was quite the consumate liar, and in retrospect it is clear that this was the root of many of my problems.
I owe this book and the author a lot so that's why I bought the paper version.

The vibe and flow of this read left me a bit empty in the sense that (ussumption on my part) those who reach for a Harris book most likely are already aware of the possible ramifications of the act of lying? on the other hand it may be the perfect catylist or a fresh enlightenment for someone on the edge of understanding or seeking the true nature of things....

Very good at covering the older information on drug, hypnosis, and group mind control.....
Lack explaining in the newer more subtle methods for conditioning individuals (NLP) and the combined uses with the new technologies used for mind control....
